Wooden Christmas ornaments
Made in Norway and delivered within Norway only. Dispatch within 5 to 7 working days, then usually 2 to 4 working days in transit. Shipping 75 NOK, free from 730 NOK. The print production and customs notes below do not apply to ornaments.
Shipping
How long it takes
Personalized prints are made to order. Every timeline has three steps:

Total, order to door: Norway 5–11, EU 7–14, United States 8–17 business days. These are estimates; carriers can be slower around holidays.
Custom commissions: 2–3 weeks, confirmed by email.
We currently ship to Norway, the EU and the United States. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
Note: Gelato prints your order at the facility closest to your delivery address, so most orders ship domestically or regionally within their destination.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. We don't mark up shipping — you pay what the carrier charges us.
Customs and duties
Prints are usually made in or near the destination country, so most orders arrive without import charges. If an order is shipped across a customs border, import VAT, duties or carrier fees may apply and are payable by the recipient unless collected at checkout.
We ship with accurate customs declarations. We cannot undervalue shipments to avoid duties.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the production facility. If tracking stops updating or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, write to hello@fornvegr.com and we'll resolve it.

How to return
- Email hello@fornvegr.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll send return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back using trackable mail, you cover return shipping
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the item, to your original payment method
Returned items must be in original condition, unhung, undamaged, in original packaging. Prints showing hanging marks, frames with scratches, or packaging destroyed beyond opening cannot be refunded.
Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, email hello@fornvegr.com with your order number and a photo if you can. We replace damaged or faulty items free of charge, with no need to return the original. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, we fix it.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if production hasn't started. After that, personalized items cannot be cancelled. Standard items can still be returned under the 14-day policy once delivered.
