Refund Policy
Because Fornvegr products are personalized and made to order, we cannot normally accept returns or cancellations after the artwork has entered production, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or materially different from what you ordered.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, we will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, reprint, or refund.
Customers are responsible for checking personalization details before submitting an order. We are not responsible for spelling, date, name, or place errors submitted by the customer.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country, including rights related to defective goods or non-conforming products.
