Each monogram is a modern bindrune built from the initials you provide, using Elder Futhark letter-runes. It is a contemporary heritage artifact — not a historical family crest, coat of arms, or proof of ancestry. Any year is rendered in Fornvegr's symbolic Elder Futhark digit cipher; Elder Futhark had no numerals — this convention is ours.
